Description

ACCC Conductor, or Aluminium Conductor Composite Core, is a high-capacity, low-sag overhead conductor designed for modern electrical transmission and distribution networks. It combines conductive aluminium strands with a lightweight composite core made from carbon and glass fibers embedded in an epoxy resin matrix.

ACCC Conductor is suitable for overhead transmission lines, distribution networks, power grid upgrades, substations, and other electrical infrastructure projects. It can also be used where higher current capacity and reduced sag are required without major changes to existing line infrastructure.

Key Features

• High electrical conductivity
• Carbon and glass fiber composite core
• High strength-to-weight ratio
• Low thermal expansion and reduced sag
• High current carrying capacity
• Lightweight construction
• Suitable for high-temperature operation
• Corrosion-resistant composite core
• Suitable for overhead transmission and distribution networks
• Available in different conductor sizes and configurations
